CPC has designed and made a prototype production line that manufactures CHOCOLATE
FLAKE BARS AND PIECES.
Chocolate flake bars are unique, yet they have been around for over 100 years and manufactured using closely guarded technical know how. CPC has acquired this knowhow from retired staff from the now defunct original Cox Machinery plant in Bristol, and we further developed it to our specification with one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of confectionery equipment.
We intend to lease production equipment to selected confectionery and cake companies around the globe. Engineering and maintenance support will be included in the leasing agreement to ensure an excellent efficient quality production standard is maintained.
Tried and tested chocolate flake recipes (for plain, milk and white chocolate) will be provided as well as technical support.
There are a number of marketing opportunities for the chocolate flake bar, and these include confectionery count lines, flake sticks for the ice cream industry and pieces for cake toppings and box chocolate pralines. This format of chocolate is unique as it crumbles in your mouth and provides an immense flush instant hedonic pleasure. The flake structure is highly aerated and consequently the customer has a good size impression and value for money (with very interesting cost implications for the manufacturer as compared to standard chocolate tablets).
CPC has also developed sugarfree and reduced calorie chocolate flake bars. More importantly perhaps, CPC has developed an authentic temperature tolerant variety for warm climate countries.
